In a tragic early-morning shooting on the 1500 block of North Robinson Street in West Philadelphia, 43-year-old Alayiah Hill and her five-month-old daughter Yuri were wounded and rushed to hospital.
The Shooting
Police responded at about 4:25 a.m. on Sunday after a report of a shooting. Officers found Hill and her baby injured after arriving at the scene. Hill was shot at least six or seven times, and Yuri was shot once in the leg.
