Tran is an Asian man who speaks Vietnamese and has a noticeable shuffling gait. When last seen he wore:
- Navy blue knit hat with ear flaps
- Black zip-up hooded jacket with front zip pocket
- Navy blue pants
- White socks
- Gray sneakers
Known Hangouts and Residence
Tran resides on the 1000 block of N. Marshall Street, less than half a mile from where he disappeared. Police note he is also known to frequent the area around Rivers Casino on Delaware Avenue.
