A Philadelphia man is accused of shooting a man during a late-night argument at a Bucks County trailer park, then fleeing with two companions before detectives tracked him through surveillance video and a license plate, according to investigators.
Travis Fleck, 21, of Philadelphia, is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried without a license and related offenses.
The incident unfolded around 12:45 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, when Bensalem police responded to a 911 call for a shooting at the Top of the Ridge Trailer Park on Gibson Road.

Officers arrived to find a man bleeding heavily from a gunshot wound to his left arm. They applied a tourniquet, paramedics transported him to a local hospital, and he was later released.
Detectives quickly pieced together the sequence:
- The victim had been walking through the park when he began arguing with the driver of a red car.
- The verbal dispute turned physical.
- A passenger in that car-later identified as Fleck-pulled out a handgun and fired twice.
- One bullet struck the victim; the other hit a nearby mobile home.
- The driver and two passengers sped away.
News Of Philadelphia obtained Ring camera video from a nearby home that captured the gunshots. Police body-camera footage shows officers rendering aid moments after the shooting.
Investigators obtained additional surveillance clips that revealed the vehicle’s license plate. Witness interviews pointed toward Fleck.
When detectives located and interviewed Fleck, he admitted to shooting at the victim, authorities said. He also allegedly confessed that he did not have a valid permit to carry a concealed firearm.
A search of Fleck’s home yielded four weapons, including the 9 mm polymer “ghost gun” detectives say was used in the shooting. Police have not yet determined whether the three other firearms were connected to any additional crimes.
Police emphasized that Fleck had no prior connection to the victim.
“We’re asking anyone that knows Mr. Fleck or has had an encounter with him, may have been threatened or assaulted by him, to contact Bensalem police detectives,” said Bensalem Township Public Safety Director William McVey.
Fleck was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at 10 percent of $1 million.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2026. Online court records do not yet list an attorney authorized to speak on his behalf.
