- Crumbl cuts rotating weekly flavors from seven to four starting in 2026
- Six permanent “Classic Menu” cookies will now be available every day
- New “Thin Thursday” promotion adds Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins each week
Why it matters: Fans who plan celebrations around favorite flavors gain reliability, while weekly novelty seekers still get four new options every seven days.
Crumbl Cookies is shrinking its famous rotating lineup. The chain that built its brand on seven new desserts each week will now offer only four rotating flavors alongside six permanent cookies and a weekly thin-cookie special.
The New 2026 Menu Breakdown
Starting this week, every Crumbl store will stock:
- Six Classic flavors daily
- Four limited-time flavors weekly
- Crumbl Thins every Thursday
CEO and co-founder Jason McGowan said the shift is meant to balance consistency with surprise. “The Classic Menu is about consistent availability,” he said in a release. “We want customers to know that when they’re celebrating meaningful moments with those who matter most, Crumbl will always be there with the flavors they love, while still surprising them every week.”
Classic Menu: Always in Stock
The six daily staples are:
- Milk Chocolate Chip or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk (alternating weeks)
- Pink Sugar
- Chocolate Crumb ft. OREO®
- Brownie Batter
- Snickerdoodle
- Celebration Cake
Co-founder and chief brand officer Sawyer Hemsley clarified on Instagram that the chip cookie will swap every other week between milk-chocolate and semi-sweet versions.
Rotating Lineup: Still Four Fresh Flavors
The four weekly slots continue Crumbl’s limited-time dessert model. These flavors change every seven days, mirroring the original rotation-just with fewer choices.
Thin Thursday Debut
Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins will hit shelves every Thursday. The slim, crispy cookies come in a sleeve and give customers a mid-week reason to visit.
Innovation Promise
Hemsley called the overhaul Crumbl’s biggest menu update to date. “Innovation has always been at the heart of Crumbl,” he said. “The Classic Menu gives us a strong foundation and frees us to be even more creative. With rotating flavors, Thin Thursdays, and what’s coming next, we’re just getting started. Customers will continue to see exciting innovation, especially in the cookie category.”
The change marks a strategic pivot from the chain’s original all-rotating model to a hybrid approach designed to keep both loyalists and adventurers happy.
