Eagles’ defensive tackle Jalen Carter is back on the practice field after shoulder surgery, while key teammates remain sidelined as the team readies for its Week 17 clash with the Buffalo Bills.
Jalen Carter’s Return
Carter, 24, missed the last three games following procedures on both shoulders. Despite missing five games this year, he was named to the Pro Bowl on Tuesday and has returned to practice for the second consecutive day.
Coach Nick Sirianni’s Comments
“One thing he’s done as he’s been out, these guys that are out, they work hard on their fitness so that when they get back, they weight what they’re supposed to way, they’re in good condition, they’re ready to play,” Sirianni said. “He’s worked hard at that as well as rehabbing himself. I thought he had a good day yesterday. We’ll see how it goes going forward.”
